My Personal Bio:

Hi! My name is Coni and I am a transplanted Angeleno living in Virginia with my husband Keith and way too many cats :-) I am serious about helping all of my customers get in the best shape of their lives and a devoted home fitness junky myself. In addition to saving the world one cat at a time I am also a certified personal trainer and an independent fitness coach for Beachbody. I truly love helping people reach their health and fitness goals and look forward to working with each one of my clients, both online and in person! If I have been lucky enough to be assigned as your coach please don't be a stranger, I'd love to hear from you!


My Transformation Story:

After a chubby adolescence and being the kid who was ALWAYS picked last in gym class I embraced fitness with gusto in my late teens and early 20's. Armed with a step and a substantial library of home fitness videos I worked out faithfully 6 days a week and was amazed at how much better I felt and looked.
As I got closer to 30 I gradually started adding more rest days to my workout schedule until the days I managed to workout became the exception and not the rule. In 2001 I suffered a pretty bad fall and badly injured my lower back. During the slow and painful recovery from back surgery in 2002 I had plenty of time to think about my fitness goals and how I had gotten so off track with them. One of the things that dawned on me is was that health and fitness are not guaranteed and should not be taken for granted. My lowered fitness level was not the direct cause of my injury but it certainly contributed to its severity and prolonged my period of recovery. After completing physical therapy I cautiously began working out again, eventually regaining my strength and stamina. I discovered P90X just as I was hitting a plateau in my fitness journey and boy did it deliver!
P90X pushed me further than I thought possible and impressed me in several ways, not the least of which being its emphasis on strength training for women as well as men. I completed my 1st round at the very beginning of 2007 and was amazed at the strength gains and increase in definition I achieved. I can honestly say that it got me in the best shape of my life!
Recently, in preparation for another round of the "x" I decided to register as a member of the Million Dollar Body Club to take advantage of all the benefits found at this amazing site. I was so impressed by the variety of workouts, quality supplements, nutritional guidance, and genuine support that I decided to become an MDB coach in order to help others improve their health and fitness. There are programs available for everyone, regardless of age or current level of fitness and there is someone here to help you every step of the way! So I hope you are as excited as I am about all that Million Dollar Body Club has to offer and will join me down this path of fitness...I will be with you every step of the way.
