Within the past 15 years I have been every size between a 0 and a 16. When I was a size 16 I was binging on fried and sugary foods everyday. As a size 0 I would only eat 1 meal every other day (literally). Neither was good for my health or body. Finally one day I had enough of the weight yo-yoing and decided to have a life style makeover. I now work out at least 5 days a week and eat the foods that are good for me.

I am currently in the middle of the ChaLean Extreme program and LOVE it! Even though it has only been a few weeks I can already tell the difference in my body and energy level. I have lost inches off my waist and hips. Also as of 7/17/09 I was able to do my first set up push ups in my life! While that may not seem like much, it was a huge hurdle for me. Even though I am at the beginning of my journey I am more driven than ever.
