I'm a mother of one boy (7) and one girl (5). My goal is to trim my waist, tone up, and put on some healthy weight. I have completed Power90 and Turbo Jam, and I'm currently doing Brazil Butt Lift. I love trying new programs.

I'm a stay at home mom, and I'm very active around the house and in the community. I continually work to stay healthy, and set a good example for my children.

While my family has never been extremely unhealthy, fitness and exercise was never a part of our life. We stayed busy around the house, but also spent a lot of time watching TV. Not anymore! We still watch an occasional show, but spend more of our time doing things as a family, and enjoying life.
