I have made a change in my lifestyle by maintaining an exercise program and implementing healthy food choices. After dealing with gestational diabetes during pregnancy, I realized I wanted to make healthy eating and exercise a permanent part of my life. By making my health and wellbeing a priority, I hope to be a positive role model for my children!
