New year new goals!!! I started my official journey at the end of December 2010 with Chalene Extreme program. I love Chalene she knows how to motivate. At day 30 I have lost a total of 6 inches. Then my next big goals was with P90X that my husband and I did together. I lost 15 lbs but most importantly i went down to a 22% BMI. I still have strugges everyda but I am bringing it!!! and I can help

Right now I am in the middle of my transformation story! I decided at the end of December 2011 I am going to do something drastic to make it all happen. 2011 was the year to take care of ME and i am still going strong as my lifestyle starts to change! I am a wife and one day i will be a mother but for now, I am going to work on my health and fitness so that I can be the fittest I can be!!!

I am trying to help one person at a time to use my experience in diet/excercise struggles as a learning curve. Why go through it if I can tell you what to avoid! :D
