I am a writer and mother of 4. I'm on a long journey to lose about 200 pounds.

My biggest goal is to lose weight and tone my muscles so that I can play with my kids and enjoy the fun things in life (like going to amusement parks without wondering if I'll fit in the seat!).

I had a wake up call after having my third child, with a complicated pregnancy I had gained over 70 pounds was 376! So I worked hard, starting with walking then worked into Turbo Jame and got down to 281- my weight when we found out I was pregnant with #4

With continued workouts and healthy eating I managed to gain under 30 pounds this last pregnancy, drop most of that immediately and I'm ready to take up the fitness path again!

Me 2.0 is IN PROGRESS.
