I grew up skinny and ate all kinds of junk food, in my mid 20s it all caught up with me and I had unknowingly packed on almost 40 lbs. I started my first 'diet' and quickly lost 35lbs, and I felt More ...

I grew up skinny and ate all kinds of junk food, in my mid 20s it all caught up with me and I had unknowingly packed on almost 40 lbs. I started my first 'diet' and quickly lost 35lbs, and I felt great. But I wasn't working out and I quickly fell back into my old eating habits. I gained back about 10lbs, and for the past 2 years I have been trying to take it off, but for some reason it just wouldn't budge, until I found the beachbody products. Now the weight is coming off slowly but consistently, and I'm finally getting more toned and fit.

I believe in these products and I know they work, so I decided to become a coach to help others reach their goals.
