Shippensburg, PA Massage Therapist in Franklin County, PA. Mom of 3. I started working out last November in Gold's Gym of Chambersburg, PA and found it to be a huge stress reliever! A year ago, I could barely last 30 minutes in the gym, and now I can do that much just in cardio. But, I found that after the school year hit again, it became very difficult for me to get to the gym as often as I wanted to. Luckily, I Massage Therapist in Franklin County, PA. Mom of 3. Luckily, I saw Slim in 6 advertised while I was at the gym, and I bought it for home use. Now, my 3 kids and I are doing the slim in 6 program 5 days a week, and I already feel like my love handles are slowly melting away!

I am a couch potato from birth. In my youth I saw my unemployed father lie around on the couch all day watching cable that my sister paid for. Hostess products were always in our kitchen, so I became a sugar a holic as well. As a first grader, I went from a normal looking child of five to a very chunky little girl of 6. I became aware of my weight difference, but didn't know what to do to change it. In my early teens, I became friends with other plus sized girls and we all went on starvation diets together, totally wrecking my metabolism. I also tried being a vegetarian, I tried weight watchers, I tried LOTS of different methods for weight loss, but I was still a couch potato. I like to relax after a long day of giving massage. But, last year I joined a local gym, and though I slowly worked into it, I found that not only did the exercise help me to relieve some huge personal stresses that I was experiencing at the time, I also started losing pounds and inches, slowly. But, while I was at the gym, I saw an ad for Slim in 6. I was skeptical, I mean, how could exercise in just 6 weeks make a noticable dent in the gut that I had. Funny - once I ordered the program - as a birthday present for myself- it only took 2 weeks for people to start noticing. I'm like the Incredible shrinking woman! And I have become completely addicted to exercise - this couch potato is ready to throw out all the furniture and put in exercise mats! The results that you can get from these products is absolutely astounding! That's why I became a coach - now I can share this with my fellow couch potatos annd make a difference in the world!
