Lompoc, CA Beachbody has been a huge blessing of my life for keeping me fit especially on the ski slopes and the tennis court. I am a life long learner so the expert information is really good for me. Maintaining good fitness goals in my life is very important to me. My Beachbody experience especially as it has evolved into an income source here at TeamBeachbody is an education in itself!

I started out with Power 90 in 2003 and by the time I bought p90x in 2005 and started hanging out in the chat room I became part of this great online fitness community that is Beachbody. I live in California so I have been fortunate in the past to go to 2 Tony Horton fitness and nutrition boot camps in LA in 2005 and 2006...I love his workouts and use them as my foundation.
Beachbody has always surprised me in its energy and dynamic innovations in reaching the public to spread fitness and nutrition as the basis for a healthy lifestyle. Beachbody has been endorsed by the American Diabetes Association...and continues to foster alliances across America to spread the healthy message.
Many of my friends from chatting have scattered...some are top coaches, some are prize winners, but very few have left the community all together. I have always been active in sports...tennis and skiing and long distance walk/running. My current goal is to be a Diamond Beachbody Independent Coach and help people set and reach their fitness goals. Being fit and having fun working out and making an income out of it too...what could be funner than that?
As your Coach, I want to motivate you, inspire you and lift you up to so much more than just getting great weight loss results. I want to focus less on the “numbers” and more on simply living a happy, healthy life! I want to encourage you in your quest to finding that perfect balance that creates a happy, healthy lifestyle individual to YOU. Let’s face it, we all live busy lives at a busy pace. I promise you, there is a way for you to include fitness and healthy eating habits that doesn’t take time away from your family, your outside activities, your work or your home. And trust me, once you find that balance, the “numbers” fall into place.

Today I took some time and decided what my Beachbody/wowy schedule is going to be. For the first time I think I am using the wowy buddy system the way it is meant...I love being able to write to my buddies!
I already have Yoga at the gym on Tuesdays and Thursdays wired into my schedule...and since I want to do another half marathon later this year I do an hour on the treadmill before yoga...so that is wired in to the schedule too. So when I was deciding what Beachbody program(s) to use I decided to shuffle! On my other workout days I will do a different workout each time until I run out of workouts...that could take a while :) I will keep you updated on how long it takes to make it through all of my dvd's.
