Hello. I am a 34 year old mother of three young boys. I am a full time teacher and love my third students. I have always led a very active life until pregnancy after pregnancy packed on the pounds for me. About 6 months ago I had gastric bypass surgery for many health reasons that were not going to go away if I did not have the surgery. I have lost 94 pounds since surgery and am off all medication. I have rediscovered myself and my love of sports and fitness. I still have weight to lose and I want to be able to keep it off for life. That has lead me to beachbody. I want to be able to create the healthy life that I want and deserve. At the same time I want to teach my family and friends what fitness is all about and how much fun it can be.
