My Personal Bio:
I am a mother of 2 energetic girls ages 3 and 4. My husband and I live in Alaska; in the winter some day’s are is just too cold and dark to get out of the house. So going to the gym is more of a challenge when you have to bundle up 4 people. I also have found out I am allergic to most of the foods that I had commonly eaten. I have always had a healthy diet, rich in good grains, meats, and fruits and veggies. But now I have celiac disease, which means no gluten/wheat. I am also allergic to corn, soy, dairy, and egg whites, as well as all yeast. My intolerances to these foods kept me fatter than I like. I put on weight that eating "healthy" and working out with weights and yoga at least 3 times was suppose to keep off. I hope that avoiding those foods and P90X I can have 14% body fat again. I have been a fitness instructor and yoga teacher for over 10 years and love fitness of all kinds. Beachbody and P90X is like no other, it is fun and rewarding. Being active helps you stay happy and being fit builds confidence like nothing else in the world.
I became a Team Beachbody Coach because one of my greatest passions is helping others achieve their fitness goals. I love Tony’s programs and can not wait to try all the others.

My Transformation Story:
I am on week 8 and loving it. My weight has not change but I am much much firmer and stronger than before. I am also much happier, finding an hour a day to workout has been easy. Now my girls even ask to workout with me. They last about 15 minutes then go play, but it is great to have them see me really dedicated and sweating. My 4 year old told me today that I am shrinking and soon will be as small as her. I love hearing that honest success. I am thrilled to be doing this and am sharing it with everyone I know. Thanks Tony for bringing daily workouts that makes me sweat and feel great. I hope that my husband joins me this winter when I bring it all over again.
