I have just finished P90X, Slim in 6 and Hip Hop abs. I love doing programs they keep changing and keep it interesting. Now I am beginning Chalena Extreame as of Dec. 29th 2008. From doing these programs I know it is easier to push play everyday than it was working out every other day, like i did before beachbody.

After finishing P90X, giving it 110% and not losing a pound I have realized that my weight issue was not totally a diet or workout problem, but a thyroid and hormone issue. I have now began thyroid medication and adreanal support. Without P90X and all of you workout out with me, it may have been years before I realized something bigger than me was blocking my 14% body fat goal.

I finished Slim in 6 in December and have lost inches and fat, a total of 10 lbs and well I am back in a size 2-4 pant, from a 6-8. I feel great and look better. Now I am going to take the challenge to really watch my diet, I eat better than most, but am not always a concious eater. I hope to see major results very soon!!

I am eating more and feeling great with ChaLEAN Extream and although I did not loose much wieght I am tighter and much stronger. My year goal of changing my diet has not worked. For me I know that with celiac's disease and dairy allergies I already eat a organic healthy diet. Now the issues I have to tackle are when and how much I eat, when I cheat and food combining. When I had cancer I practiced food combining and I felt great for years when I stuck to a clean combining diet.
