I have always enjoyed working out, but after having a healthy, but fat gaining pregnancy, it was time to try something new! My habit of doing a few weights here and running a little there had to go - for all it did was give me minimal results and a lot of disappointing plateaus. I had read many great reviews and watched a lot of transformation videos on those who had tried/and were using the program "P90X". My husband and I gave it a go after watching other people's videos for over a week. It was just what we (I) needed! I started it about 7 months post-preggo and stuck with it for the whole 90 days. Wow! It was amazing the results I got! My perfectly mushy and saggy mess of a belly was tightened and toned! My weight was down to pre-pregnancy. My love handles were diminished greatly and my legs and arms were much stronger. YES! I am so happy with the success I had, but still have my goals to meet - I have areas that still need a lot of toning and tightening. I am now on my first round of "Insanity" and it is kicking my booty! Wow! I am pretty confident day 60 will come around quickly with the results I am looking for. Tony Horton's P90X and Shaun T's Insanity are doing wonders for my confidence, fitness goals as well as spiritual improvements. It is a curious thing how being more conscience about what you eat and how you workout does for your overall outlook on everything else. I am loving it! This has been life changing! I know you will have just as much, if not more, success too! :)So get on board, and motivate each other and our families. Before I got married I showed and training horses (primarily Arabians, Quarter Horses and Tennessee Walking Horses) and I MISSSSSS IT! I can't wait to get back in the saddle again! My husband's and I life goal is to one day own and operate a therapeutic riding stable for challenged and able bodied riders. :) I wish I was there already!

04/03/13 Well Teambeachbody friends -- I am halfway through the 4th week. Everything is goign great so far! Body not as sore as I was when I did P90X, but still feeling it and seeing results as well! I like More ... 03/12/13 Well my husband wanted to really do the Body Beast as well and started Yesterday (March 11th) and wanted me to re-start and do it with him.
