As a fitness & nutrition enthusiast, I complete transformations on a yearly basis. For instance I spend the late fall and winter powerlifting, which requires a daily eating plan packed with high quality calories, including lean proteins, complex carbs and unsaturated fats. Heavy weight lifting combined with such a diet creates massive muscles and extra weight, so once the spring comes its time for me to shed some weight and get ripped. Over the past 20 years I have successfully gained weight & strength, lost weight, while gaining endurance and transformed my physique into the condition of my desire. The keys have been & always will be discipline, integrity, intensity & consistency. At the core of optimum health & well being, change, openness & nurturing reigns supreme. We must always be changing, learning & growing in order to fully develop physically, mentally & spiritually.
