Transformation story

I have struggled with fluctuating weight ever since I finished High School. When I first moved to where I live now, I weighed a light 170 and for 6'5", that was far too skinny.

I have struggled with fluctuating weight ever since I finished High School. When I first moved to where I live now, I weighed a light 170 and for 6'5", that was far too skinny.

Then I started working at a stereotypical desk job and my boss would buy Papa Johns pizza everyday. I could eat about 10 slices a day on average and, needless to say, I packed on the pounds quickly. That first winter I jumped an astonished 90 pounds to 260 pounds.

That summer I got down to about 176 again, but not in a very healthy way. Gradually my weight started packing back on and most recently I got to a high of 250 pounds, which was only a few pounds lighter than my much taller brother.

So, I decided to start the X again for a 3rd time. I recently just finished a full 90 days and got down to 214 and am feeling absolutely great.

I took a week off for a vacation, and did two more weeks of P90X. Now I am taking a break from P90X and trying Insanity, attempting to get down to 8-12% body fat.
