I am 32, mama of 3, 12, 5, and 2. I weighed 154 (i'm a shorty at 5'3") when I decided to make a commitment to myself to get healthier and lose those stubborn fat stores in my belly, bum and thighs.
I found an awesome buddy who encouraged me to try a different programs and change my eating habits completely. I have now done TurboFire and hip hop abs for a little over a month now. I definitely started to noticed increased energy, health and strength. My shape started changing too. I started supplementing Shakeology for one meal (adding lots of goodies) or a snack (adding a little less) and the results REALLY started showing and I feel amazing!

Update: 39 days into my workout, 19 using shakeology and i've lost inches! 2 off my waist, and almost 10 lbs. I am so happy with my commitment to myself!
