Casper, WY Hi! I'm Chaz~Mother of 3, wife, friend, Internet Sales Consultant, self proclaimed Shakeolgy mixologist & workout-aholic. Honestly my story is simple. I finally realized that I was going crazy doing tons of things for lots of other people! I was tired, run-down, sluggish, eating terribly AND on the run. I had no energy, and I was downright crabby. I wasn't sleeping well and I was Hi! I'm Chaz~Mother of 3, wife, friend, Internet Sales Consultant, self proclaimed Shakeolgy mixologist & workout-aholic. Honestly my story is simple. I finally realized that I was going crazy doing tons of things for lots of other people! I was tired, run-down, sluggish, eating terribly AND on the run. I had no energy, and I was downright crabby. I wasn't sleeping well and I was definitely spreading myself too thin between family, friends and work. I knew I had to start finding myself and time for myself or I was never going to be able to keep doing what I was doing. That's when my lovely friend Andi introduced me to some FUN and QUICK (yes FUN and QUICK) at home workout programs, I'd love to tell you more about sometime. The short intense workouts sparked a fire in me and pretty soon my body, mind and soul was craving exercise! I found myself MAKING more time for longer ones! Hard work = results (lasting results) as now my body can do amazing things and it craves healthy foods for fuel! Shortly after my commitment to exercise had been made, I decided to add Shakeology to my diet, and that's when I started noticing a major difference in energy, sleep quality, performance, and WEIGHT! 10 lbs off in the first 6 weeks, and INCHES off my waist, hips, tummy and chest. I CAN NOT forget to mention my improved self confidence! My body is beginning to look better than I can even remember, and I feel so much more alive! I love clothes shopping now, because things that I pick actually fit! It feels SO good to be living my life not wishing, but DOING! It's not easy for me, but it's SO worth it! and that's why I keep doing what I'm doing and moving forward! I am so impressed with the results and can actually testify to them, that I decided to become a Coach. I would love to help others who feel overwhelmed and hopeless get their inner mojo back...and soon after that~ their outer mojo ;)I'm a work in progress, as I have many goals to reach and more to set! I am 32, mama of 3, 12, 5, and 2. I weighed 154 (i'm a shorty at 5'3") when I decided to make a commitment to myself to get healthier and lose those stubborn fat stores in my belly, bum and thighs. I found an awesome buddy who encouraged me to try a different programs and change my eating habits completely. I have now done TurboFire and hip hop abs for a little over a month now. I definitely started to noticed increased energy, health and strength. My shape started changing too. I started supplementing Shakeology for one meal (adding lots of goodies) or a snack (adding a little less) and the results REALLY started showing and I feel amazing!
Update: 39 days into my workout, 19 using shakeology and i've lost inches! 2 off my waist, and almost 10 lbs. I am so happy with my commitment to myself!
