I have always been 'fat', 'chubby' whatever. I was the typical WWII baby with the rolls of fat but weighed very little. Jan 1, 2012 A new year, a new month. I did not meet my goals of last year. This year I finally want to release this last 70 lbs. To this end I'm going back on a lower carb lifestyle and more exercise. I'm trying to walk 10,000 steps a day. Some days i make it some I don't. I will also be exercising to a variety of BEachbody programs, starting with RockinBody.
