Hello! My name is Angela and I am a married mother of two beautiful children. Utilizing my Bachelor Degree in Business Management, I am the Owner and Director of a licensed child care business, which means I oversee 10-15 children (ages 0-12 years) everyday. The children all look up to me for guidance, love, support, encouragement, safety, honesty, respect and more. This is a very large commitment to fulfill everyday. Because of the level of stress I endure, it is imperative that I take very good care of myself, not only for me, but for my family as well.

My outlook on diet and exercise has reached a whole new level!
As a child/adolescent, I never had to worry about the foods I ate. I could eat a bag of cookies and a gallon of ice cream and never gain a pound. I actually WANTED to gain weight but couldn't. In my late teens, I even saw my doctor to get permission to use weight gain supplements. He advised me not to and that, over time, the weight gain would come naturally. He was right. In my mid-20's, I realized that my metabolism was slowing down a bit, but I was okay with the way I looked and felt. Then I got married and had my first child - and gained 55+ pounds with that pregnancy. I knew I had to do something to get the weight off because obesity and heart disease run in my family. So I began to run on a daily basis and was successful. I ate a healthy diet to support my running regimen. Two years later, my second child was born - again I gained 55+ pounds. I began my running routine again, but things were different this time around. The weight did not come off so easily. I kept pushing myself because I knew it worked once before. I lost most of the weight I gained, but not all of it. Then, about two years ago, due to changes in my profession, my fitness routine began to diminish. My eating habits also changed. Even though I was still running I wasn't seeing the physical results of my hard work. I was actually gaining weight.
While using my treadmill, I would sometimes watch television to pass the time. On several occasions, I would see the Slim-N-Six infomercials. I used to think, "There's no way that can work" and I would pass through the program. Then one day, after realizing I had gained 15 pounds, I decided to try Slim-N-Six. I ordered the DVD's! I had doubts and never thought I would see results. Upon the arrival of the DVD's, I began the exercise regimen right away, still having negative thoughts in my mind. However, contrary to my beliefs, I've lost 18 inches and those stubborn 15 pounds! I have my Coaches to thank! They helped me realize again that exercising and eating a healthy diet work together.
