I love that I have fitness in my life and in turn, I am inspired to help others discover what benefits can be gained from health and fitness.
I really enjoy many of the beachbody fitness programs but right now I am following Les Mills Combat. It is a great way to feel good about yourself daily, lose weight, decrease stress, and have fun while working out! Adam and I drink Shakeology daily and it has significantly changed our energy, tone, and eating habits! 30 was great then I had a baby at 31 and it has been even better! I feel AMAZING everyday even with a NEW Baby.
We moved to Virginia Beach, VA from San Diego, CA so a bit of an adjustment but still near the beach! I am focusing on my business as an Independent Beachbody Coach so I can continue to stay home with my baby girl and hoping to meet many new people out here on the east coast!
BeachBody coaching has been the best way to be my own boss, be financially independant, love my career and stay at home with my baby girl! It works well with many lifestyles and leaves you with a flexible schedule!! Although I have always been into sports and fitness I tend to yo-yo with my weight. In college I gained the freshman 15+ but by my junior year I was able to keep active with fitness, eat healthy and lost the weight.
After graduating I moved to CA and lifestyle changes added the weight back on. I changed my eating and drinking habits and got it under control once again!!
Most recently I met my husband and got into that comfort of a relationship that many of us do and put on 10+ lbs. Now I am taking charge and keeping fitness in my daily life through self discipline, career change, and Beachbody! With help from Beachbody Coaches and Buddies I will now be held accountable daily and feel responsible for my weight change.
