I am a 32 year old IT professional from the northern VA area. I have been married to a wonderful man for four years and we have been blessed with a gorgeous little girl. They are the highlight of my day. I can't really say I love my job, but I hope to figure out what I want to be when I grow up. After having my daughter I realized my weight had climbed to 232lbs. I was miserable, very unhappy and disgusted with myself. I stumbled onto Beachbody one night after seeing an infomercial for Turbo Jam. I thought that sounds and looked fun. I knew immediately that I could do it. So I ordered the package and fell in love with the workout. It is the best cardio workout I've ever done and is so much fun! Soon after Turbo Jam I tried Slim in 6 and shed several inches off of my waist, hips and thighs. Now that I'm 35lbs lighter my husband and I have decided to try P90 and we are expecting to see great results. Once I have completed P90 I will be moving on to Chalean Extreme and Shaun T's Insanity. I am focused on reaching my goals and genuinely looking forward to helping others reach theirs.

Transformation story

My transformation is still a work in progress. Since joining Beachbody I am in the best shape of my life. I'm stronger, leaner and have developed muscle in areas I didn't know muscles exist. As I continue on my journey of becoming "fit for life" I will continue to update you.
