My Personal Bio:
I am a wife and mother of three children in Las Vegas, NV. Health has been a very important part of my day to day life since my son was born. He has struggled with health issues, so I have had to learn healthy cooking, healthy eating, healthy lifestyle, and appropriate supplements. My husband has been a big motivator to me as well. He was very overweight, and continued to gain weight. He was beginning to have heart palpitations, high blood pressure, and no energy. He tried many fad diets, only to regain weight and lose heart. Finally, through healthy eating and a consistant exercise plan, he has lost eighty pounds! Healthy eating and lifestyle cannot be traded for any fad diet that exists!
My Transformation Story:
After the birth of my third baby, I definately had "baby" fat to deal with! I have worked hard on my eating habits, exercise, and overall healthy living. So far, I have lost enough weight that I not only "fit back into my jeans", but have gone down a size! My goal now - maintain my weight and tone up my body!
