Scale hasn't moved much, maybe 5 or so pounds, but I think I'm getting a better body.

I'm also doing a 3-4 day a week weight training routine, mostly body weight and light dumbells. when I finish with insanity, I plan on doing Mark Rippetoe's starting strength routine, plus maybe 2-3 insanity workouts a week. I had dieted down about 60 pounds prior to starting insanity, so figured I had a pretty good handle on how to eat now, I basically just found my calorie needs using the insanity formula in the nutrition guide and have been following it. Am eating a lot more, which I like. It says I need ~2700 calories a day, which is tough to meet when eating clean. This is a life changing program, for sure. I am nervous/excited/intimitated by what awaits in month 2, can't wait for the recovery week to be over.

didn't miss any days, had to move an off day once because I was horrifically hungover emoticon and subbed upper body weight training on one of the recovery days. One thing I like about this program is that I've learned how to stretch, and I think I can put together a nice, brisk 15 minute or so cardio routine using some of the move. I think after starting strenght for a few months, I'll try asylum to cut again. Thank you, Shaun T!

Oooo obliques starting to show and shoulders are getting wider! Since you're following the program and diet so diligently, I can imagine how good you'll look when you complete Insanity!
