I thought I would update this original post. I have completed P90X in June 11, I completed Insanity, though it took my much longer in month two due it being summer and I had many outdoor projects going on. I am right now in my 9th week of round two of P90X with a little Insanity mixed in. I dare think I might try The Asylum in December!!!!! I have P90X2 on pre order. I drink Shakeology every day!
I lost about 15 pounds of fat in my first round of P90X, about 10 through Insanity (mind you it was summer BBQ season) and down about 5 pounds into P90X round 2. A total of roughly 30 pounds of FAT with some muscle gain, maybe 3-4 pounds.
I have lost 2.5" from each thigh, almost an inch off my ankle, 6 inches from my belly button waist, 3.5 from the smallest part of my waist. Almost 5 inches from my hips.
Everything in my life is easier because of my strength and more importantly balance in my core.
The ladies I have met on this thread have been amazing and have completely helped motivate me on the days I have felt low.
I urge anyone who has read this far to join this thread and become part of the transformation.
Ladies UNITE!!
