insanity schedule upper body weight training

I'm sure this question has been asked countless times, and I'm sure it's already been answered, but bear with me please. I've already completed one month of Insanity earlier this year, stopped, and then began to just work out at my campus gym. But now I want to start the Insanity workout again, but this time incorporate the Upper Body Weight Training into the schedule. Can anyone please give me any suggestions as to how I can go about working it into the schedule?

I would recommend just doing it extra 2-3 times a week.

Do you think I should do it in addition to the exercise scheduled for that day or should I substitute one exercise for the upper body weight training?

Everything I have heard about the Upper Body Disc is that it's something that can be done in addition to, but has no counterpart within, the regular program. Unlike Insane Abs and Max Interval Sports Training, there is no way to jam it directly into the schedule as a replacement without disrupting it a lot.
