Hi,
I just started Shakeology a few weeks ago. I love all the recipes!!!! I don't have to lose weight but I would like to drop like 5 pounds. I am 37 years old, 5'4, 128 lbs. and a size 4 but I want to lose these pounds so I can get my buttocks and abs ripped. I eat really healthy. I have a shakeology in the morning, then I do my workout (I am in the lean phase of Chalean Extreme), then I have my Recovery drink. My meals consist of lean protein, complex carbs and healthy fats. I snack throughout the day with almonds and fruit. But I have not being able to lose those extra pounds nor tighten my upper legs and butt, and abs. I've seen good results with beachbody workouts but not on these parts. Am I doing something wrong? And how long to see results with Shakeology?

Are you having the shake right before your workout? If so, why? I'd recommend working out before eating.

Are you following the meal plan for your weight, or the recommended calories from this site? You didn't list veggies, but I assume you're eating those too. Fruit and almonds are good, but don't overdo it with them. You don't "need" a lot of fruit, 1-2 pieces is fine. Same with almonds, it's a healthy fat source, but you don't need a lot of them. That's one of my weak areas now, I grab 3-10 here and there, then also have them in my shake.

Shakeology is just like any other meal. How long it takes to see results depends on your overall eating and exercise.
