Legs & Back Worksheet
Legs & Back Worksheet
legs and back p90x worksheet
6/17/11 4:54 AM
Hi there,

I just completed my first week of P90X, and I have a couple of questions regarding the Legs & Back worksheet. First, I noticed just today that in fine print at the top it says, "Perform each pull-up exercise in this workout twice." This explains the extra blanks (which confused me the first time I did Legs & Back) but I'm curious as to the reason behind this instruction. Am I supposed to pause the video after each pull-up routine and do it over? I didn't see anything in the video prompting me to do this, so I wanted to be sure I was understanding correctly.

Second question: the Legs & Back routine is performed on every non-recovery week, which I believe is 10 total. However, there only 5 weeks listed on the worksheet. Is there another worksheet somewhere that includes the remaining weeks?

Thanks in advance for the info. emoticon

Josh: Congratulations on completing your first week! You do not need to do each exercise twice for that routine. I think the worksheet may have been designed before they finalized the workout. Just follow the DVD and you'll be fine. As for the number of weeks, I printed my worksheets out in landscape (horizontal) format and the second half of the program appears on the right side. So, if you used portrait (vertical) format, it may have gotten cut off.

I have recently started a thread on this forum for those, like you, who are new to P90X. The idea is to get a group of people together posting about their progress and their questions or issues so that we can all provide one another support and motivation. The group is small so far, only a couple people have joined, but I would love to have you join us. I have also posted some information that may help you out as you get started. You can find the thread by clicking here.

Congratulations again on choosing P90X and good luck!

Jacob

Hey Jacob,

Thanks for the quick response! That answers both my questions. I remember now that the original worksheet I downloaded appeared to be a two page spread, and I guess only one half got printed.

Also, your group sounds great! I'll go check it out. Thanks for the invite!
