I am just about to start the insanity program, But I have a shoulder injury. Are there other exercises that I can do? anything will help.

Is it still injured to the point that you just need to stay off it for a bit? Or are you at the point where you need to rehab it? Or do you just want to make it stronger so it doesn't happen again?

I'd love to help, just need to know what type of stuff you are looking for.

rsktkr: I have a right injured shoulder, is actually the ball and socket part, it kind of pops out on certain moves, and hurt like hell, then hurts a bit for like 3 weeks or so. Moves that I avoid: blocking shots, pitching a ball, swimming, anything that has to do with the arm up then going than with force, that move is what makes it "pop". Now, push ups, and pull-ups, I have no problems. What kind of pain or discomfort do you feel? Have you talked to your doctor about it? Coach's advise is good, but only to a point. This things are better brought to a doctor. Let us know. Check out this video on shoulder pain, just hit the link and it is supposed to show up:
