Meal Delivery and p90x?
Meal Delivery and p90x?
7/31/11 10:03 AM
I purchased p90x about a year ago...and just started it today. For the past year I've been working 80-100 hours a week. I've decided to go ahead and knock that down to 60 hours a week! This will leave me time to actually live life!

I'm 5'10 and a whopping 230 pounds! My doctor gave me a stern talking to over my weight and cholesterol about a week ago. The problem is: even at 60 hours a week I still do not have time to prepare food! I end up ordering / picking up pre-made food for about 75% of my meals!

Is anyone in a similiar situation? How do you handle it? I was considering pre-made (fresh) food delivery services, I'm willing to shell out the extra cash. However, I do not seem to be able to find any that are tailored to the p90x program. If you know of any, please point me to them!

Cheers!

If you have time to order and pick up you have time to cook healthy

example tinned product are pre cooked tuna black beans tomatos

ceral such as oats and 100% shreaded wheat you just add skimmed milk

microwave brown rice pop in microwave

0 fat cottage cheese can be eaten straight from the pot

whole meal bread low fat pre cooked meats peanut butter even nuts require no cooking

fruit peal a banna eat an apple if you dont have time to slice a melon

protein shake add water stir

wholewheat noodles and pasta add to boiling water wait 5 mins

even lean steaks or tuna steak take under 6-8 mins to cook same with cubed chicken sprinkle some spice on there

another option is supplement such as meal replacements ect
