Hi everyone & welcome newcomers!! emoticon

I'm still here, plugging away & riding my legs off!!
I'm getting ready for Round 3, a schedule change & return to my 4:30 a.m. workout schedule. emoticon

Round 3 will focus on P90X & cycling specific leg / core power work.
I already set my goal for next year to be STRONGER than this year.

Hope to see some early birds in the next two weeks.

We are not starting anything specific, we are all over the place right now. P90X, Insanity, Asylum, different weight programs, etc. So if you are starting a round, let us in on it and post your workouts as usual !

Hi everyone!

Accountability - 25 miles at 19.8 mph -- OUCH!! Some of the "Open" riders join our Wed. group & push the pace (this is their “Recovery” ride).

Shawn - Definitely sign up for the bike ride. The tours are a lot of fun & if you see a group moving at a good clip, see if you can follow their pace. It's fun to tack on to other groups when you feel up to it. When you get tired, back off & go at your own pace.

Steffie - Hubby felt the house shake, but I was out driving & didn't notice anything.
The people in Manhattan evacuated the buildings in droves! Yikes…

Dave - Nice teaser with the P90X 2 video. We're definitely ordering it.
Hubby is back on track now that his elbow tendonitis has calmed down. He has to watch the bicep work & not lift too heavy.

I had a good conversation with one of the riders today who also does P90X & he is just as enthusiastic about the new version coming out in the fall.

Sharklver - Nice new photos!! Great work!

Nutrition - Not so good these past few days ... but, will clean things up in a jiffy.

Woo Hoo!! I miss Team Ballistic...

Looks I caught up with Team B's new thread. Right in the midst of Phase 2 Week 1 of Classic X and preparing for a 42 mile cycling event in early October.

Accountability: Rest day today. B&B last night. Biceps took a pounding after having a Recovery week. Tomorrow is L&B followed by Core Syn and Yoga over the weekend.

Hopefully the regulars catch up to this new thread and we get some "lurkers" to bite as well.

I'm going to St. Lucia for 10 days on Oct. 1st so I'm going to do 4 wk round of U.D. 2.0 - cyclical integrated nutrition and training. I've mentioned it before and I've done it with great success in the past. Should be cool.

How bout you Dave? Whatcha got cooking till P90x2?

I'm going to start RevAbs level-2 tomorrow and run for a week or two, then switch to Insanity and run that until P90X2 arrives....

Very quick post. Did Max Interval Plyo today. Was really sore from yesterday and struggled with this workout more than normal. Still got a good workout in though. Leaving soon for the weekend. Need to keep focused on food intake although it will be very hard. I'll check back in on Sunday.

Accountability: Alright, I ROCKED Plyo last night. I was pretty exhausted and my legs were a bit on the sore side (I have NO idea what from) but I really brought it! I crushed Day 79!! Today is Day 80 and it's Back & Biceps. This is one of my least favorites, but, and this is key, IT'S THE LAST TIME I'M DOING IT!

Also, here is what my schedule will look like from now on. I've settled on what I'll do after P90X.

After a slight end of the summer "slump"... I can end my summer right now on a high note!
Accountability - 25 mile ride at 20.9 mph average (PERSONAL BEST!!) emoticon

Round 3 starts next weekend for me.

Glad to see so many people sticking around for the next phase, whatever it looks like.
