Flex stack natural testosterone booster
I have done p90x twice already and insanity once. I have lost about 20 pounds and look somewhat fit, my question is that I seam to have a hard time building muscle even working out 6 days a week. I eat right, take a pre work out and use whey. I met a rep for nds products at gnc and he recommend taking flex stack natural testosterone booster. I have read mixed reviews on these. Looking for ideas on wether it is okay to take a booster, I just feel like I have plateau on muscle building. Also am 5 11" and weight 160 and 29 years old.

Thanks!

Yeah, it's okay to take it. But I could all but guarentee that it won't make any difference in your tesosterone levels.

Why are you working out 6 days a week if trying to add muscle? Only really experienced guys need that. P90X is not really suited for gaining muscle and at best it's sub-par at it.

Save your money as testo boosters don't do much regardless of what they say. At best they take you from one normal range to another.

John,

Thanks for the reply, the reason I work out six days a week is because I got hooked on it from p90x. I just feel terrible if I don't. With that being said what do you recommend on working out? one of my probs is that I only work out at home since I can work out before I go to work and am not much of a gym person.

Thanks again!

For beginners a 3 day full body workout is the norm and then a 4 day upper/lower split is next.

How much muscle are you looking to add? It's very hard to add much muscle working out at home unless you have a nice gym setup with with some serious weights.

I haven't really thought of an exact amount of muscle that I am wanting to add. Just looking to slightly bulk/ lean up. So I would say 10 pounds would be a realistic goal for my self.

I agree that working out at a gym would be best yet the only way I can/ will work out is first thing in the morning right after I wake up since I have a varying workday schedule and have 2 young kids so the homework out is the best for my schedule.

Thanks for the help
