Sorry I've been off for a while. I've had a terrible cough all week and I wasn't able to work out. I tried a couple of the workouts, made it about 10 minutes in and then coughed for about 20 minutes. The downside of winter

Oh well, it's gone now, so back to working out next week
JJ- I think maybe a new thread is a good idea. It would be nice to have some new people's input (that's not to say that everyone on here isn't already awesome, of course

Alycra-nice job sticking with the first week! It's tough to get used to everything and it does leave you very sore. I've found that the first week of every new phase leaves me very sore!
