I would like to know also but, suspect it is a standard 3" Dia by 36" length.

I had asked on the phone because the rumble roller comes in 18" and 30 or 31". They could not say it was 30 but that it seemed longer than 18. I think this was based on one of the videos but it's hard to tell.

I have no experience with the P90x2 kit, but most cylindrical full-size round foam rollers are 6"x36". However, you can also find them half-round and/or in 12" or 18" variants.

I personally own two, one 6"x36" high-density roller and one 6"x13" TriggerPoint 'Grid' roller.

I just received the ultimate package today. It's 30 inches long and about 5 inches wide.

I have the deluxe package and the Rumble Roller I received is a little over 30 and a half inches long and 5 to 6 inches in diameter depending on whether you count the knobs that stick out or not. I have used it a couple times and it is the regular model, not the extra firm model and it works fantastic.

I've purchased both the foam and rumble roller
from BB. both are 31"lx6"dia.
Pretty sure you can find similar ones on line
anywhere but strangely haven't seen any in retail
outlets, at least here in Canada.
To the person who asked which one to use with X2,
i did my first round with the foam roller and believe
me it hurts. There are ways that the dvd's describe to adjust
your weight and you work through the variations starting
with minimal body weight progressing through to full body
weigh. About 1/2 way through my second round i was using
my entire body weight but couldn't feel anything so I
purchased the rumble roller. It was like starting over again,
but now about 4 months later I really have to search for spots again.
I was initially skeptical about the rolling, worried that I was
going to loose all the flexibility i gained with X stretch, but
I'm now totally convinced of the benifits (which is actually
becoming more and more common). I found that it activates muscles that
you don't normally use even with program so when you do something
new, say like gardening, you don't get that soreness the next morning.
At 51 I can appreciate that!
I've also seen other programs that use a lacrosse ball,
a great substitute if you're travelling.
