A Note regarding P90X2 Premium Stability Balls
When embarking on a project as ambitious as P90X2, there's bound to be an occasional glitch. In our attempt to meet your overwhelmingly enthusiastic demand, we've mistakenly shipped a small number of the stability balls with the wrong instructions. This has no bearing on the safety of the balls. Furthermore, the instructions are accurate in explaining how to inflate and use the ball. However, these instructions might generate a little confusion, given a warning printed across the top warning you not to use this stability ball with P90X2.

You can disregard this message. To repeat: wrong instructions, right ball. However, if you'd like to make sure you do have the correct ball, the P90X2 Premium Stability Ball has bands running perpendicular to air hole, like the wedges of an orange.

The "non P90X2" Regular Stability Ball is thinner rubber with bands running parallel to the air hole.

Note that there's nothing wrong with the Regular Stability Balls. They're sturdy, versatile fitness tools designed for many of our workouts, including Chalene's Get On The Ball program. However, they're not intended to handle the intense punishment Tony doles out in P90X2.

If you did, for some unforeseen reason, receive the wrong ball, please contact customer service and we'll replace it.

I did not receive instructions with my ball. How much air should you put in it? Should it be super firm and heavy?

I would also like to know the proper inflation of the stability ball.
