Anyone currently drinking it??? What are your thoughts on it and vitamins and minerals it provides? (looking to use it to replace morning cup of coffee)

My preference is Shakeology. There is nothing out there at this time that compares to the nutrition value of Shakeology and I feel so good. It really turned my health around in a very short time.

Sorry I caught this post so late. I've been drinking Spark for several months now. It has replaced my two cups of morning coffee. On long days, I also drink one in the afternoon. It works great for me! Everyone is different though. I have also tried Shakeology, and was not impressed. Hope this helps!

Never heard of it, but what benefit does it have over coffee? A morning coffee is really not something that you need to avoid, its the cream and sugar that is the problem. Does this item have less sugar? Even so it sounds processed.

If you just need caffeine, you can buy caffeine pills or powder that equal 1 cup of coffee.

I'd recommend against energy drinks of any kind! Drinking calories is a fast way to look like your day 1 photos again.

If you need some pre workout energy I'd recommend Energy and Endurance or C4 from Cellucor.

My need to eliminate coffee has nothing to do with calories. I have irritable bowel syndrome, and coffee aggravates it. The Spark gives me that boost that I need in the mornings, just like the coffee did. As far as the sugar content goes, I'm still looking great, so the sugar is not impacting me negatively! emoticon

Shakeology has nothing to do with caffeine or energy so you should never assume these 2 products will have the same effects. You don't even need to take a multivitamin with shakeology. Spark is more for a buzz like coffee would give you and it DOES contain caffeine regardless of how they market it. If you drink Shakeology and typically depend on coffee you will still want to have your coffee. If you drink spark you shouldn't need coffee. Two products are not any way, shape, or form comparable.

Cheaper alternative would be a 20oz glass of water. ;-)

If you want a jolt, use hydrotherapy in the morning. It works great! After your shower just crank your water to cold for 30 seconds and let it run all over you, then shut it off. It'll get the heart pumping, the growth hormone / testosterone flowing, and all the heat will be trapped in cause your pours are closed. =D Feel nice and warm and jazzed up. Best part is it's free.

Also, I have been using E & E for about 3 1/2 weeks and it is AMAZING. No jitters and has already replaced my AM cup of coffee. I drink it between 4:40-5:15 AM and I do not feel like I need coffee or caffeine until well after 1 PM. I can make it through most days without anything else. Love the even energy, as well. I did the Advocare 24 day challenge and thought I liked Spark, but once I tried E & E I realized that Spark was making me jittery. I will, however, be the first to say that different products affect people differently. Everyone has to find what's best for them. I am an endurance athlete and E&E has been my best option so far.

It has as much caffeine as regular coffee plus taurine, choline and a bunch of other ines that are the key ingredients in most energy drinks. At least it doesn't have a ton of sugar but I'm guessing it's sweetened with something else that's not particularly good for you. You could get the same vitamins from a once-daily multi-vitamin.

Sorry, so late on this old thread but I have a "spark" story. I flew from Dallas to Portland OR a few weeks back. In the airport gate area, all my fellow travelers had Advocare shirts on. Apparently there was a convention or something going on in Dallas and everyone was headed back home. These people were all bouncing off the walls. They were acting like a squirrel in a small cage. They were very loud and nobody could sit down for more than a few seconds, like being around a bunch of four year olds. Of course they were talking to anyone who walked by about how great their product was and how you could sell it to make money, and they were handing out packets of "spark" to everybody. I got about 5 of them in the gate area and some more on the plane. It finally dawned on me that they were all hyped up on the caffeine. BUT about 20 minutes into the flight EVERY one of them was asleep...coming down off of the caffeine.
