And yes...those lunges are KILLER! Glad to be a part of this group and we can all work together to keep on track. Made some chili tonight using ground turkey and turkey sausage so a much healthier alternative. Brown rice and kale chips...yum.
Still reeling from that ab workout - who can honestly do those full on hovers with the arm things and leg lift?!? Still using modifications on that one! But it's a *tiny* bit easier each time I do it.
Thinking that after 2 weeks I may start to up my weights on the leg tracks. I've been keeping at 5 pounds (per side) for all tracks, but gonna think about a bit more for legs.
