It's not hard people. Simply eat whatever healthy food you want, just no carbs.
This leaves your meats, fats, and green leafy vegetables.
Good luck on burning all the muscle with this diet and training. You'll look malnurished, small, and thin.....but not in a good way. HEY...at least you'll see the number on the scale go down right? We all know exercising should be geared toward what you see on the scale rather then what you see in the mirror.
If anyone says you don't look good, just step on the scale and let them take a look at that tiny little number you worked down too. That ought'a shut em up. ;)
