My second time around here, finished first round back in July of 2011. Took a long break, pumped and ready for round 2! One key thing that really helped my first time around was a group started by regular people all working towards a common goal. To keep each other accountable, discuss workouts, and to support each other through our daily lives. I would love to start another group as I found it to be a big help. No coaching, just checking in every few days about how we are incorporating p90x into our lifestyle and what problems we are coming across. Posting progress pictures and having feedback is key!
