Hi, my name is Alma and I am new in here, I have been assigned a coach, but I been trying to reach her, and she hasn't contact me yet... I know is free but why are they signed up if they wont really commit right? Anyways I would like to know if I can change my coach and how can I do it, if anyone here knows and can help me, I will appreciate it emoticon
Thanks in advance emoticon

Iam very sorry to hear about your coach unfortuantly that happens sometimes do to dropping out or just becoming a discount coach..

To answer your question you email coach realations coachrelations@teambeachbody.com
from your remote e-mail not the e-mail that beachbody provide you tell them that you would like to switch coach you provide them with the coaches name and coaches ID number that all you do.

If you don't have a coach in mind friend me and I can give you my ID number and we can set it up..

Cheers
Coach Bill

I'd look around these message boards a little and see if you can find someone with similar interests, and maybe doing the same program as you. Then you can contact coach relations and have them assigned as your coach.

I think one key factor is to look at how often the coach is posting in the message boards. This would give you an idea of how often they are on here and reviewing the message board.

Also, I have noticed that sometimes we get leads that have no email when they are first assigned. So, you send a message to a number just to make contact and we hope they get it.
I am so sorry to hear that.

Some people are coaches just for the discounts. Don't worry though! There are many of us who want to help. I agree with the others. Look around at our bios and blogs and see who would be a good fit for you. emoticon

Welcome Alma! I'd second those responses, finding a coach that's right for you is as important as finding one who's active. You need to find someone who has what you're looking for in a coach. Definitely make sure it's someone that you're happy with emoticon

Hey Alma

I hate that you haven't had a good experience with your coach....I have a thread on here called 'excuses=extra cabooses' you can read thru it to get a feel of how my mind works and if you think we would mesh I would LOVE to help on your fitness journey. It is great to have a coach that you truly feel is THERE to help you.

I know there are a plenty of fabulous coaches to choose from, probably everyone of the ones that posted on this thread. I hope whoever you choose is an inspiration and motivation to you.

Feel free to post on my thread and keep in touch even if I'm not the coach you seek, I'm still here to support you in anyway I can.

Happy exercising, learning, and becoming the best you, you can be!!!

Misty Heather

Hi Alma you would indeed need to email coach relations to have your coach changed but you definitely would need to look to find the right coach for you to make sure that they will provide the answers to the questions you have. Some coaches will only try to sell you stuff, while others may not contact you at all and others will be there to answer all of questions you have. Finding the right fit can take a while but you will be able to find one that is right for you.
