Can you do 10 minute trainer while pregnant?
Has anyone done the 10 minute trainer system while pregnant? Specifically in the first trimester? Just wondering if this is safe? Seems like it might be something good since it is short and you won't get worn out as easily.

Thank you!

In addition to being a TMT enthusiast, I'm also a primary care doctor (although not an OB/GYN)...

Assuming you have no other contraindications to exercise, TMT should be fine for you during your pregnancy. Most OB's encourage their patients to be physically active during their pregnancy. There are women who have run marathons while pregnant. (although, personally, I wouldn't recommend that! LoL)

Later on in your pregnancy, you probably want to back off on the crunches in the abs routine, but you should certainly be fine in your first trimester. Do the modifications when your body habitus necessiates.

Of course, run it by your OB to make sure it's OK with them.

Hope this helps!

Best of Luck!

Thank you so much ElCidDad! I just got the TMT system and am very anxious to get going. I have been using P90x for awhile and find that I just am short of time these days so I thought this might be a good compromise. I'll be sure to check with my OB.

Cheers!

If you're transitioning from P90X, you should do fine with the TMT series!

Good luck with TMT...Good luck with your pregnancy! emoticon
