With swimsuit season around the corner I'm sure many of you want to be in the best shape ever! I just completed INSANITY and am feeling the Brazil Butt Lift is next.

This thread is not limited to any one program. There are a variety of Challenge packs available that can get you into the best shape you have ever been in! Don't worry if you started already, if you're starting after, doesn't matter the date, let's all just get together and do this together. Support is huge during these programs and the insight of others going through the same program is invaluable.



I would like to challenge all who would like to be a part of the Swimsuit Challenge to
Decide - on a program. Commit - to a program. and Succeed with the program of their choice.

No excuses!

There are still Challenge packs available. If you already have one. GREAT! You are ready to Rock it! Remember, Nutrition is important, so don't forget your Shakelolgy.

There are a few things that I will repeat while we are here, like a broken record. But that's what coaches do sometimes, keep repeating the mantra and hope it sinks in.

•Log your workouts in the WOWY Gym (Super Gym) and make sure you are entered for the daily prizes ($500 is nothing to sneeze at). If you are not a BB Member it is a short form.
•Try to track what you eat. Lots of good free websites for this that will track calories and break down Carbs, fat, protein
•Try to post here every day. Make it a habit and others will too. If everyone is here, people will feel guilty if they are not
•Commit to the Beachbody Challenge and then Enter it when you're done. If you've already done a plan you can enter now.




My only request of you is to check in daily for your accountablilty. Simple. If anyone had any questions, please feel free to contact me. If I can't answer your questions I have the most knowlegable UPLINE in the business. I will get you the answers.

Together we'll get 'er done!

Hi Jane!

What better time than now to get ready for the summer? I know that I'll look better in my swim trunks this year than I did last year, and I have beachbody products and good nutrition to thank for that.

Everyone, please jump on in here and hold yourself and each other accountable. Succeeding as a team is an incredible accomplishment, and under Jane's guidance we can all get there.

Jane looks like the start of a great thread and as Nate said, no better time than now to get into better shape. When I used to go to a gym before I found BB, I met two women who used BBL and they swore by it. So whether you're doing BBL, Insanity, P90X or any other discs, you'll be wise to step up here with Coach Jane. I was with her when she did Insanity and she was an awesome inspiration to everyone. Good luck to all who come here, you're in good hands.

I can't wait for swimsuit season! I have been doing TF for 3 weeks and the fat is melting off! I have 20 pounds till my goal so I am glad to find some people to keep me accountable. My huband is doing P90X and after our 90days we both will be hitting the Insanity workout.

Hi Jane!

I'm about to head into my second week of Insanity tomorrow. Loving it so far but have such a long way to go (will I ever make it through a workout without stopping?!). I'm so glad I have found these boards..such a source of inspiration and motivation! I'd love to be a part of the "team" so count me in!

oh yes, plan to look good in the swimsuit this summer. Then get up on the grandsons wakeboard! I have finished insanity, P90X and started BBL. The brazil butt lift is not as intense as insanity, but really burns some muscles! Jane is an inspiration! we became friends on our insanity journey. this beachbody stuff works!! Hang with us for results

Thanks for the invite to this already hopping thread! It's great having a place to go and talk about results and challenges that i'm having. My friends are tired of hearing me talk about it. I've chosen BBL and im on day four. Feeling good and motivated and i can't wait to look good in Mexico in June!

I'm waiting for my BBL to arrive in the mail. I ordered both SI6 and BBL but I think I'm going to start with BBL since swimsuit season is coming and I have a few jiggly parts I need to get rid of. I can't wait to start and am jumping on this challenge!!

Hey all!

Well yesterday was a crazy day and I ran out of time for my workout....so I had to which my day off from today so I didn't miss a worout. I have been going strong....3 weeks not a day missed, I am very proud of myself!

I ahve also offically made the transition to a vegan diet....one full week now and all my somach issues have resolved. My next goal is to dump the coffee, I am down to 1 cup a day and I know that's not a lot but after I drink it I feel like crap, tea doesn't make me feel so bad though.

I have both SI6 and BBL and if I could make a recommendation I would say start with SI6. I got great results in 6 week and my leg were firm and trim by the end. BBL is a great work out I felt I got better results using SI6. emoticon

Jane,

I am ready and motivated for this challenge. I lost 60lbs last year, but gained some back after falling off my healthy wagon. Now I am back on my healthy wagon with BBL and am loving it. I especially love the recipes that come with it because simplicity for me is the key with my busy schedule. This is day 4 with BBL and I have already lost 1lb. My original goal when I started was to lose 40lbs so I now have 39lbs to go.

I am ready to stay motivated and buy a new bathing suit when the challenge is over.
