Am I wrong to think that the recipes in Insanity have too much dairy and carbs? I trust the programme and all, it's just it seems like the recipes might be hindering my fat loss. I know it's kind of silly for me to think I should have lost fat this early (i'm on day 4

, but everyone seems to be having insane results, and I would have liked to have seen just a tiny bit of change at least. How long did it take everyone to start seeing fat loss?
