I have been doing the 10 minute trainer for almost one month now and just wondering when should I start seeing results? I am doing the 3 workouts a day as followed by the workout card. Eating better but not perfect. How long should I do the workout - 2 months, 3 months, etc? Will keep doing it till I see results, just want to know how long!emoticonemoticonemoticonemoticon

To give a real answer, You'll need to give some more info. What are your stats now, and what are your goals? Are you male, female, your age, are you being honest about what you are really eating AND when? Are you drinking enough water? Getting adequate sleep?

I'm not flaming you here, there is just a lack of info to give an honest, accurate ACTIONABLE answer.

I assume this is your first workout program. There is MUCH to learn when taking the steps to being responsible for your health.

KPP!

I am female, 40 yrs young, as I stated before eating not perfectly but cut back on portions and healthier options, drinking more water, and adequate sleep. As far my stats go, I have lost 1/2 inch pretty much all around. My goal is to lose weight and tone up. The scale is showing no improvement at all.

I am 42 and having similar issues. I have been diligent with the workouts, eating, etc. I think our age is having everything to do with how slow the process is. I know my endurance has improved and I am feeling more energetic. Stick with it. Everyone tells me that the changes will happen. We didn't get this out of shape in one day so it could take a long time for our bodies to cooperate. Hope that helps. emoticon

Thank you! That makes me feel better that I'm not the only one struggling. How long have you been doing the workouts?

I my name is Melissa emoticon I lost a lot of inches before I started noticing the scale move emoticon I love TMT and have restarted doing it emoticon I am a mom of 3 and right now work 3 jobs so it is time that I am needing emoticon I Like the workouts in TMT because they make me work and push myself. I didn't start losing weight until I was challenged to do 20 minutes a day and drink at least 64 oz of water a day emoticon Keep me posted on how you are doing! I would love to know!

The rapid results guidebook that comes with TMT does a poor job of going past intro level nutrition. P90X and Insanity don't recommend limiting calories for more than 2 weeks. If you have been limiting yourself too much you may be cutting your results. Try eating more fruit and vegetables to supply more slow digesting carbs. Your protein servings should be 4-6 oz per meal.

If you are doing all 3 wo's + the wo cards/day, then maybe you should consider a more challenging program.

I've scheduled an appointment with a professional nutritionist next week. I'm a 42 yr. old man, 6'1", 210, 14% body fat and a gut that just won't go away. I need to get more organized so that I plan ,cook and eat better. I understand your frustration at putting in the effort and not seeing the expected results. It seems there is always more to learn.

Hi..I am female, 37 years old and have been using the TMT for exactly one month. Two, sometimes 3 of the workouts each morning. After the first 30 days I have lost an inch off every section of my body except the legs. As for the scale, I don't like to look at it. My weight seems to fluctuate +/- 5 lbs weekly. I do not follow the meal plan and haven't been eating perfectly. I also have a Shakeology for breakfast every morning, which has kept me full until lunch and has given me plenty of energy for the workouts. I recently suplemented the TMT with the Brazil Butt Lift. So far so good! Good luck!

I am 60years old in the obese category. 224lbs to start at 5'9".
I travel for work(Airline Pilot) and nutrition is a challenge. but have taken all the chocolate
except small high quality dark chocolate wafers(0ne a day) out of my lunch kit. I do 3 work outs a day and have started walking where time allows. Today in Quebec City 90 mins which was 500 stairs down and 500 up. before I started this I am sure I would not have not have been able to do this.
Last night I went out with the crew had a couple drinks and a piece of pizza and chips.
I have been doing this for about 2 weeks so have not re measured my self but the scale says i am 217 now. I do drink alot of water and have one Shakology shake a day that is strictly powder and water as no blender in the flight deck.Other then that alot of veggies fruit and protein.
I feel way better and can see how this is a start and a training ground so that you learn to prioritize exercise.
As was said in a previous post. we did not get to this point over night and we will not get out of it overnight. Hard work and diligent nutrition. I do believe there can be a splurge but they splurges will diminish as you realize you feel poorly after them.

Happy exercising

Grant
