awful customer service/ordering website
Everytime I try and order shakeology it kicks me over to the milliondollar order site and when I check out, and now randomly through other links on the teambeachbody.com page, it logs me out and kicks me out to the teambeachbody.com front page. I have written customer service severals times to see if my orders went through and I'm sent a reply saying that I'm not charged for membership to teambeachbody.com and is there anything else they can assist me with. Obviously it was too Much effort for your customer service to read my 30 word email. And on top of that what modern company with internet ordering doesn't have a way to check order status/history online? Thank you for pointing out my business isn't worth your time and if I decide I want a beachbody product I.will buy used off ebay and get more prompt service from someone working out of their parents basement.

They've had record growth the last several months. You are always better off calling or even contacting your coach and have them call Coach Relations on your behalf. Lately there have been issues with Firefox and IE, try ordering via Chrome and it should work!

I agree 100% with the order status/history. I missed the part where I was signing up for a recurring monthly order of the E&E product and was suprisingly hit with a charge the following month. If you call the customer service number (800) 240-0918, (I had to google to find that since they don't make it readily available on this website) they will give you pretty good service.

They need to make it easier to change your credit cards and opt out of the monthly recurrence. Seems shady the option to change isn't readily available.

Hey guys. Can any of you tell me how to opt out of my monthly membership? i have been searching the site and cant figure out how. Also, since i was assigned a coach almost a month ago I am yet to hear from them, not even a response to my email ): Thanks a lot!1
