Hi Stanekmr, how fast you see results really depends on where you are coming from so don't get discouraged. It takes 6 weeks or so for the average person to see significant changes. Some sooner, some later but it is not the same for everyone. Your body may also be experiencing some inflammation as well due to the stress you are now putting on it. That is normal also. Have you done body measurements or taken pictures? That is a true test of progress not the scale.
Anyway, my point is there are many factors that play into how fast you see results. How close are you following the meal plan, how fast is your body adjusting, etc. One thing that stood out for me though was your statement about how you don't enjoy P90X. Believe it or not that too can be a factor. If your heart isn't in it you could be limiting your performance. You have to BRING IT as they say

Can you expand on what is it that you don't enjoy about the program? Is it the flow of the workouts? Also which are you doing, classic or lean?
