Let me start off by saying I never planned on sharing these pics with anyone but I hardly see any posts for ten minute trainer progress so I thought I would start posting mine on here... After having my second child I found myself being larger than I ever have been I felt absolutly disguisting and couldnt stand to look in a mirror I had allways been in good shape and very thin even after my daughter I lost most of what little weight I had gained but with my son I gained a TON of weight I had to start doing something but I didnt have a ton of time with 2 kids so i thought ten minute trainer would be perfect for me well I LOVE it I do it everyday and it still kicks my butt and i am allways out of breath lol... These first pics are from 10 weeks ago when I first started ten minute trainer I will post after pics underneath these... I still have a long way to go to get back to where i used to be but i feel like i am starting to see a differance and it just makes me want to keep going with ten minute trainer even more i am determined to get back to where i used to be and to love my body agian. I would love some workout buddies to keep acountable with i was posting on a ten minute trainer board but everyone kind of stopped talking on it lol... Anyway I hope more people start posting there progress and feel free to write me on here if you need someone to talk to or keep accountable to :-)

So here are my after photos for my 10 week progress... I have lost 16 pounds and I am not sure at the moment how many inches I havnt measured in 2 weeks but I will post them as soon as i measure :-) I know I have a long way to go but I think I am starting to get somewhere lol...

Can I ask how many videos a day you're doing on average (10, 20, or 30 minutes), just curious emoticon You can definitely see the difference in your pics!

I usually try to do 2 in the afternoon and 1 and yoga at night but sometimes I get super busy and can only squeez in one or two :-)

Wow, AMAZING! You look great!!! Thank you for posting your before and current pics. You are definitely inspiring me. I started my 10 minute workout videos about a month ago, did them religiously for about 4 days and then stopped....because I was LAZY! (Story of my life). I've gone back 2-3 times and done them again, but keep putting it off. After seeing how well you look in such a short amount of time I am reminded I NEED TO DO THEM!

I am happy to see some one post about the ten min. Trainor. I bought it a couple months ago. Tried it liked it but have not stuck with it.

I decided today that this weekend is it. It is time.

I haven't figured out if the morning or evening is better.

When do you exercise? And I need a "battle buddy" would you be
willing? You have great results. I can't wait.

I just saw your post and first off I workout all differant times of the day lol... I have 2 kids so it usually workout in the afternoon while they are naping and i try to agian at night and do the yoga :-) and yes I would love to have a "battle buddy" lol... I feel like i have been a tad less motivated recently so that would be great for me :-)

I do ten minute trainer in the early morning! I can only squeeze in two of the workouts but it's better than nothing! If you want an early morning workout buddy, please let me know!

It's such an amazing workout, i don't understand why there is not much on about it on the Team Beachbody site. I'm trying to figure out how often I should monitor and track my measurements? Should it be every week or every 3 weeks?

Thank you :-) I typically do every two weeks as far as measurements and weighing myself but I usually do four weeks in between pics :-) I agree ten minute trainer is an amazing workout and I also wonder why there are not more people posting results from it or just posting about it in general... I hope everything is going great with your workouts :-)

Amazing before and after photos- you can see a huge difference in the photos! Congrats on the hard work & keep up the work. I am looking for another video to work out to. I've been doing turbo jam but I think I need another video to try and 10 minute trainer seems to be perfect for me because I have two kids and one is in 2nd grade and I just don't seem to have the time but I can squeeze ten minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the afternoon.

Thanks for sharing your story and updates. You look good, great job! I too have started TMT, I just fininshed up Day 4 today and going on Day 5 tomorrow. I do all the workouts listed on the calendar for the day. I figure I will go until this end of calendar, and possible upgrade to another workout program.

TMT is not a 90 day program. It's usually just 4 weeks but it's very accomodating. You can do it with just 1 workout a day for 4 weeks, or two a day or three a day. That's the good thing about it. You can make it into a twelve week program but gradually increasing your daily workouts or decreasing them. You won't see alot of threads with TMT as people mostly use it as a springboard workout. You want to get into shape to do another workout, do TMT and graduate. If you check out alot of the success stories you'd see that quite a number of them have done TMT.

You look wonderful, keep up the good work.

I am researching into TMT to see if it would be a nice fit for my wife. We also have 2 toddlers, which doesn't leave her with a lot of time. She is doing weight watchers but she needs to squeeze some exercise to really start seeing results and feeling good about herself.

Hot mama! You look great lady. I started 10-minute trainer on Monday. Is it okay if I send you a buddy request? You are giving me so much inspiration. Are you using the resistance bands and cardio belt? So far I am using them and following the workout guide that came with the packet. Are you using shakeology?
