Hi. I'm writing because I tried to check the status on my autoship for ActiVit today and they couldn't find my autoship when looking up my name (and yet they could find my autoship of Slimming Formula). They then told me that the only way to track was by credit card number or order number. I don't have the order number b/c my original order was placed a couple months ago, and I'd rather not have to keep giving out my credit card number.
Can there be a better way to keep file of these sorts of things?

One thing that would be fabulous would be a monthly email to tell us when our autoship items have been shipped... that way we don't have to keep guessing or keep trying to contact customer service. I get really frustrated that there are no notices of autoshipments being sent, because I then wonder if somehow my order got messed up and I was taken off autoship.

So, now I'm wondering if my autoship for the vitamins somehow got canceled.

Maybe something could be set up where people who order online could be able to check account status online. Or maybe that could be a feature for MyBeachbody members. That way, if we had a question about shipping we could just log in and check the status here at the website. I buy from Proactiv and all of their online members are part of their club and have online accounts where everything can be checked. A lot of people who come here are repeat customers, so online accounts would be quite handy.

Please, please, please take this into consideration, because the only complaints I've ever had or read about when dealing with this company have been customer service issues, and I think that a lot of that is due to the poor system of being able to inform customers of their shipments and providing them with confirmation.

I have to agree with everyone here ---and even would go a step further. I am so in love with the P90 program, and was so excited to go to the next level with some supplements and up my weights with some resistance bands, as well as ordering Turbo Jam. However, none of that has happened as, although I've ordered 4 times now (both online and with the 800 number), I still have not received my order.

It is very unfortunate that the customer service is so very inadequate --non-existent really.

Unfortunately, although I have emailed for assistance twice and phoned customer service twice, I've gotten no help. I received an automated response to my emails, and then no answers --no follow-up what so ever. And when I called the 800 number, the two people I spoke with didn't understand what I was asking at all --one just kept saying "and you like me to place order for you?" It has been very frustrating.

I hate the thought that a company like BeachBody is actually losing customers, even though their products are so amazing -but I know firsthand that it is true. You can also read through the boards here and find many who, like me, love the products so much that they've just kept trying. But it shouldn't be so hard to order what you want or get assistance when you need it, and eventually even those who already love the products are going to go elsewhere to spend their money.

The ordered tracking would certainly be a start to solving some of these issues.

The whole order system needs to redone.

I have waited nearly a month to receive the Power 90 Master's Series I ordered only to find out despite receiving an order confirmation via email BeachBody never got or filled the order.
This is the 2nd time I've placed an order for something and Beachbody never got it.

The ONLY reason I continue to buy products from them is because Beachbody is the only fitness product that has given me some results (I have a wicked case of hypothyroidism).
Please Please Please overhaul your order system, Beachbody! I would hate to see you go out of business for something like this!

Agreed 100%! I have had orders placed, only to follow up a month later (after not receiving a shipping confirmation e-mail) that they had no record of the order.

There should absolutely be a method on beachbody.com's website somewhere, for us customers to check up on our orders. I hate having no idea when my order has been shipped/when I can plan to start a new program! Or even worse, if that order has been shipped at all =(

What I think is really most alarming is that it takes a month to even realize an order hasn't been filled. Almost any other online store, you'd be concerned within in 3 or 4 days.
There's gotta be some way to streamline the order process.

Is anyone looking into this over at Beachbody? I'm just curious because every day that goes by I read a thread on here where someone is asking, "where's my package," or they're saying, "I ordered it a month ago and it still hasn't arrived." People are going to Ebay to buy their DVDs... and I'm sure you don't want that.
I, myself, am currently awaiting my P90X DVDs, and when I spoke to customer service last week I was told they should be arriving any day now. Another week has passed and they still haven't arrived. At what point in time should I be worried?
I just hope that ya'll do work something out, because I think that tons of people would be pleased if these issues would be resolved.

I waited a month because the first time I had ordered from BB, it took them 2.5 weeks from order placement date to shipment date. I don't really mind waiting a couple weeks, but after a month I figured it wasn't coming.

I sometimes wonder if beachbody reads the customer service suggestions when you have an online chat. I get so many different answers that just do not make sense.

Just because I live in Hawaii does not mean we are a third world country and that it takes forever to receive packages. I just received my pet supplies that I ordered on March 29, 06; shipped on March 30, 06; received on April 4, 06, and they used USPS. Believe it or not Hawaii has packages shipped on a daily basis just like the mainland.

I ordered my new TJ dvd's on the 17th of March, they were shipped on the 25th of March and now it's the 5th of April; they were shipped via UPS Basic (not sure what that is, it still has to go over the Pacific ocean) and when I click on the "click here" for tracking status there is no information. On past shippments I clicked on the tracking status when it stated that it was being shipped via UPS and the "click here" sent me to the FedEx page, go figure. I know there is a better system out there, I just wish that Beachbody would get on board with it.

I am in total agreement here. I ordered P90X and got it but 3 dvd's were bad. My dvd player couldn't read them so I called customer service and they said they'd send 3 replacements out to me. I still don't have them and this was a couple weeks ago. I've tried calling to ask where they are and they said the computers were down! I tried emailing and I get a reply saying they received my email and will get back to me soon. I tried calling again today and they aren't accepting phone calls! I tried live chat and that isn't working! This is ridiculous!

I'll second all what has already been said and then some.

April 3rd I ordered Slim Series with Rush shipping.

Website states that it will take 3-5 business days which I'm okay with. However, somewhere along the line the translation of "3-5 business days" is misunderstood.

It seems as though that 3-5 business days according to shipping means they can hold on to the package for 3-5 business days, then ship it.

I called on the 4th about my order and was told it was being processed. I just got off the phone with customer service again and was told my order is still being processed. emoticon The reason I was given was because they ran out of complete Slim Series packages.

Why wasn't I told that when I ordered? Then there is a big debate over my shipping charges which I should be refunded for, but instead I'm going to be given a so called discount because of the delay.

The problem is even with this so called "discount" it still leaves me with a bill for the same amount that I paid originally and my DVD's haven't even left the warehouse yet. emoticon

I hate to say it, but this is my last order with BB until somebody gets their act together. I've been through this three times now and have had enough.

P90X took almost a month and half to be delivered. I paid for express shipping on Slim Series and that didn't get here when it should have and now this.

The only thing worse than the lousy shipping/order tracking is that Beachbody doesn't seem to have any trouble charging your card immediately. That department works like clockwork. Beachbody is the only business I've ordered from on the internet that charges your card before your package ships. Honestly, I find it in bad taste.

I own a few Beachbody items that I ordered a couple of years ago and I love them, so I will not cancel my order. However, if I were a new customer, I wouldn't think twice about it. That is, of course, if it were possible. According to the FAQs, it can't be done. Bad form.

They sent my order to my old address-- one that I have not lived at in YEARS, and I don't even know how they got it! The whole BB system of taking orders, processing them and shipping is TERRIBLE. This is the sixth time they have messed up an order. That's why I am no longer buying anything from them. I just don't have time to babysit the whole process to make sure I get what I ordered!!!
