DAY 3It's day 3 and I feel pretty good other than being sore...oh my am I sore. My shoulders hurt and the back of my thighs are killing me. During the workout last night I noticed I was getting pain on my feet

, I've never experienced that. I had runners on so I'm not sure what this was all about.
Oh did I also mention my calves??

Good gracious I thought I was going to die!
The cardio portion of P90 I find it a bit harder than let's say Ramp It Up from Slim in 6 which is a surprise to me because of all the squats and lunges Debbie does! I do not know if it's because of the "sectional progression" but I'm pretty much sore all over...even the bottom part of my neck...not terrible pain but I am sore...I guess it's my body is REALLY out of shape! Power 90 will change that I'm sure!

I can't believe I did 2 days straight of workouts! This is huge for me.
If anyone reads this and I'm either not making sense or there's spelling errors, please forgive me but I have been up since 2:30 in the morning with my daughter.
I don't know what happened but at 2:30 Sophia decided to wake and NOT GO BACK TO SLEEP.
After feeding her and changing her diaper and rocking her SEVERAL TIMES I was not going to win this battle with her.

I finally brought her to the living room and put her in her playpen while she watched cartoons (yes, my 8 month old daughter LOVES cartoons), she finally fell asleep around 6 but then it was time to get my husband's lunch ready. I'm tired that's for sure.
Anyway, I'm about to go and have breakfast and I thought I would post what my meal plan will look like for the day
Breakfast:1 pack Quaker Instant Apples & Cinnamon oatmeal (33% less sugar, I know the rolled oats are better but I just can't eat it)
1 cup fat free milk
1 nectarine
Snack:20 almonds
1 Orange
Lunch:1 Egg
2 Tbsp fat free mayo
1 Tbsp chopped onion
1 Tbsp parsley
1/4 cup arugula
2 Slices Low Carb Whole Wheat Toast
1 banana
Snack:1 Turkey Burguer (homemade: 208 calories )
1 Slice Fat Free Cheese
1 Cup Cauliflower
2 Cups Baby mixed greens
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes
3 onion slices-thin
2 tbsp fat free Italian dressing
1/4 cup (1 scoop) Breys 98% Fat Free Chocolate Ice cream
1/2 cup honeydewmelon
Total Calories: 1424...couldn't get it to 1500 but it's pretty close more than what I usually would eat anyway.
I feel pretty good about my food choices, I haven't given in into chips, chocolate bars, pies, cookies, you know all the nasty stuff which is huge for me and there's NO SODA in the house other than 2 cans of Gingerale. I told my husband NO MORE POP!!!!! Not that I drink it everyday but sometimes I would have 1/2 glass or so...no soda in the house, no drinking!

I have NEVER, EVER, EVER felt this way about a program like P90. Honestly! I'm so determined and focused at times I feel like I'm losing my mind but I'm not.
It was Monica's words & pictures that got me here. I took a look at her Day 1 picture and her measurements are pretty much where I am today except she weighed a little more than me. If she did it
I CAN DO IT TOO!!!!!!!I guess in a way she was my motivation & inspiration....
