Hi Tiffany - Melissa - and everyone else on this thread.
So you want to know what I am eating....
Breakfast I have 2 eggs w\onions-green peppers and ham with 2 pcs of whole wheat toast and a glass of 1% milk or I will have a bowl of Oatmeal crisp w\raisins cereal. (This cereal was on the list of cereals that are good for you and higher in fiber.)
Snack-I will have an apple and 2 slices of deli turkey if I have cereal in the morning -- just to get some protein in there.
Lunch-I have 2 slices of whole wheat bread with 3 to 4 slice of deli turkey 1\2 tsp lowfat mayo and some mustard or I will have a salad sometimes.
Dinner I will usually have a chicken breast with long grain wild rice and a vegtable (green beans or peas or something) and a glass of 1% milk.
Snack-sometimes after dinner I might have a small little cup of orange fat free sherbert or a popsicle.
I don't think that I am eating to bad. I will sometimes have a diet coke during the day but thats about it, I don't drink anything else during the day except 5 to 6 glasses of water.
Well what do you think????

I probably could improve somewhere but I know that its a whole lot better than I use to eat. We go for breakfast on the week-ends so I will say I do allow myself a cheat meal here and there but I figure one cheat meal here and there is better than a cheat meal all day everyday.
So what is everyone else eating. I guess I was wondering how everyone is getting there protein in there morning meals without having eggs all the time. I really don't like protein shakes and I am out of ideas on that right now. If I have cereal thats why I will eat some turkey slices about and hour or so after that so I at least get some protein in there for breakfast.
Anyway still going strong on the workouts but hate the yoga in the beginning of cardio. Oh well.....off to push play today.
