Ok, as promised here are some "best practice" items so we can all be successful together. The thought with these is to get everyone to start out on the same foot and reward those that have made the committment 100%.
So to start off, be sure to record all your statistics either on your homepage through Team Beachbody, or in a journal so you can track your progress:
1. Take a before photo. It's suggested that the women take it in a bikini or sports bra and bottoms. Men should have no shirt and some sort of bottoms on...please!

2. Get your starting weight.
3. Calculate your body fat% (I can help you with that, or there is a tool on the Team Beachbody website for Club members).
4. Take measurements of:
i. Chest
ii. Upper Arm (bicep)
iii. Waist
iv. Hips
v. Thigh
5. Lastly, have fun and be sure to log into WOWY each day your workout so you can enter yourself into win some great prizes!
Also, don't forget to use WOWY to its fullest intention. Track your workouts, log them in, schedule your workouts, invite success buddies you help maintain your accountability, utilize the diary to log your diet, feelings, energy, etc. This is such a great tool designed to help us achieve our goals, and know we are not alone!
