Frozen strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and cherry are FABULOUS with the chocolate Shakeology. Just a couple of ounces will do. Hit the blender and it comes out like chocolate ice cream.

Has anyone tried blending the chocolate with some brewed coffee? I'm wondering how that would go.... sort of a faux-Starbucks thing....

The coffee idea sounded good but over in FAQ it says "Cooking or heating Shakeology would destroy many of the nutrients in Shakeology and upset the nutrient balance. It’s highly recommended that you drink it at room temperature or cooler" so you would have to use room temp coffee or go for an iced coffee drink.

I tried it this way, this morning:

1/2 banana
1/2 cup milk
3 ice cubes
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology

It was really nice and thick! The banana only really came out as a hint so if you can take in the calories, I'd recommend a little bit more.

I haven't tried the greenberry yet, but I can't wait to!

I use the chocolate right now and I blend it with
1 scoop Frozen Vanilla Yogurt (fat free)
3/4 c. fat free milk and
about 1/2 a banana.

It makes a little more than 1 cup of drink but it really cuts the sweetness down. I am going to also try frozen strawberries with it because I love chocolate covered strawberries!

The new Starbucks VIA instant coffee packets cost about a dollar each and they're EXCELLENT in chocolate shakes! Way easier than brewing coffee and cooling it!

I'm pretty simple. I like chocolate with crushed ice and 1 cup of almond milk. emoticon

For the green berry, I plan on experimenting with different frozen fruit. So far, I've used strawberries. Tasted good, but made it a weird brownish color! LOL!

I'd like to try the iced coffee idea! Sounds good!

I only have the green shake right now and I've been experimenting. Here's some of what I've tried:

One scoop of Shakeology and:
pineapple juice/1/2 banana/papaya
1/2 banana/strawberries/water
papaya/1/2 banana/small amount OJ/water
8 oz OJ
today I had a small banana and a sf strawberry jello cup...YUM emoticon

With the Meal Repacement or Whey Protein I sometimes use a little bit of sf jello powder...it could be used in Shakeology too!
