Hi, id like to suggest that people from outside the US be eligable for some competitions and that kind of thing. Example, ive tried to sign up for wow to start my p90x on monday but it would only let me go by eastern time, and i had to put my state as a US state .

So instead of being Andy, training at 10am in liverpool, I am Andy training at 5am in florida.

Now as much as i wish i was Andy in Florida trianing at 5am(i love florida emoticon) , im not so its just a bit confusing if you know what i mean.

Thanks

Hello ricflairandy and Alotless,

I've lived on both sides of the big pond, and I understand the frustrations it can create when you're trying to translate products and ideas from one to the other! How is your P90X journey going? Without support it can be a hard slog. I'm a coach in the US, but I'd love to invite you to our team! Shoot me a message via my Coach Profile and we can link you up with lots of like-minded, excited people. We've got a group of us (and each of us has his/her own fitness and experience level) starting a new 90 days on May 16th, and we'd love it if you'd join us!

My goal is that over time I can use my current contacts and make new contacts in the UK to present enough evidence to Team Beachbody to "Open it up"! Let's work together and see if we can't take over the world?!

Mia

Hi Guys,

I'm a new UK member too. Glad to see there are others getting involved over here too. It looks like a lot of the food and supplement recommendations are for the US. If anyone has any good advise for similar stuff over here, please share :-)
Thanks

Hey everyone. I'm also from the UK and just started P90X on Sunday, 22nd May, but share everyones frustrations with just becoming a free member (I registered as in California as that was a work colleagues zip code I could find) and the nutrition guide.

I'm new to this and so don't have any real suggestions at this point but keen to hear if others do.

Well I spoke to customer service the other day here in the UK, and they said, that they would be opening it up in 3 months. I was told this, when I expressed my concerns about the lack of stuff that works on this site. I think we are going to get a UK based site.

Well, time will tell.

This would be most welcome, just hope it's true.

Hiya...

I'm Geoff and I believe I put that I was in Canada! LOL!

Well, Derbyshire isn't that far away, is it!

I've just been starting this "Team Beachbody" journey the last 2 weeks, but have finished the Insanity Program (and lived to tell the tale!) and, after a week off, started it up again!

It IS annoying that there are some really great people on this here site but, because of time zone issues, I can't talk to them on a conversational basis....Hey ho, that's the price you pay I guess...

Still, I'm trying to keep my little collection of guys and gals motivated (on the "Starting Insanity on 6/06...Who's Up For It?" message page) even if I can't talk to them directly....

Hello all.

I'm a new(ish) P90Xer, on Day29 and just thought I'd put my 2 pennies in.

I find the lack of support for non-US residents very disappointing. I'm a brit living in the UAE and think I would benefit a lot from access to the website.

I cannot use any of the tools on the website as every item I click on takes me to a sign-up page and as I am not a resident of the US or Canada I cannot sign up. emoticon

When everything else about the P90X system (and Beachbody.com program) seem so good why is the web support for non-US residents so disappointing? Beachbody.com is willing to ship the products overseas, which should be much harder than providing access to the website and the tools to support the program.

I don't care about the games, the prizes or anything else, I would just like to be able to use the tools like the Fitness Tools and Nutrition Tools.

I was in staying in Las Vegas when I placed my order for P90X so I've used the hotel address!!! ;)

Cheers,
Al

That would be nice… I to have had to register with friend’s details; Florida, and I live in Bridgend, South Wales.

Just started the P90X program on Monday (4th July 2010) and I am so feeling it…

It was quite time consuming reading through all the internet pages searching for the correct supplements, I hope I got it right. Is anyone else using Nutrisport 90+ whey protein or Gold’s Gym Sports Recovery drink for after training? Would be good to know…

Cant want for this to included UK based members…

Good Luck All

Another vote/request from here. A UK focussed site would be great.

I already finished my 4 weeks program, uploaded before and after photos, went to competition and got so disappointed. My hubby just started Insanity and was so looking forward to getting the free T-shirt after completing the program.

Yes, it is indeed so frustrating to not be able to register using own details in the UK. Insanity does not sell only in the USA, why can't the registration allow other countries as well?

Cannot ever see it happening !

This thread does not even seem to warrant any official response.

I will still use the products, but I have to say, it really sucks that Beachbody are happy to take our money, but not so keen to respond, I find it terribly rude.

Phil.

Yep.
Beachbody UK

Got to say, though, it's pretty dire. You can purchase the DVDs there, which is great. But there are no message boards (we still must pretend we are in the US to sign up here, as I demonstrated about 4 minutes ago) and really the only thing you can do on it is order DVDs.

It's a good step, I would have preferred to have been able to sign up here with my true information, though, which would not have been too difficult for the site runners to fix.
